Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Cup chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 2 jalapeno chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (15-oz.) can red beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14 ½ oz.) can ready to serve vegetable broth
- ½ C. uncooked long grain white rice
- ½ tsp. hot pepper sauce (more if you like)

Step 1
Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add celery, onion, pepper, chili peppers and cook and stir 6-8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 20 min.
