Cheeseburger Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. tube refrigerated biscuits
  • catsup and mustard to taste
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray muffin cups with non-stick vegetable spray. Roll out biscuits until each is big enough to fit into a muffin cup with enough dough to cover. Place in muffin tins.

Mix together catsup and mustard with ground beef. Fill each biscuit cup with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Fold dough over top. Bake @ 425 for 10-12 mins. or until golden brown.
