Ingredients
- For Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- For Frosting:
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
For cake:
Mix ingredients together, adding carrots last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool and frost.
For Frosting:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Refrigerate cake.
