Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen Ore-Ida hashbrowns (shredded style)
- 1 pint cream or half and half
- ⅛ pound butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Break up hashbrowns into small pieces in a shallow casserole dish. Dot with butter and then add salt, pepper and cream.
Bake at 350 degrees. Stir after the first half hour to mix in butter. Do not stir again. Continue to cook for 2½ to 3 hours or until nicely browned on top.
