Cannoli Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh ricotta
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinammon
  • 1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Put ricotta, sugar and cinammon in a bowl and beat on low-medium speed until sugar is completely dissolved, 2-3 min
Do not overmix or the mixture will become soft and runny
Add the chips and beat until evenly distributed, 30 sec
Use immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days
