Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Fruit (your choice, frozen)
  • Juice (your choice)

Preparation

Step 1

Fill half blender with combination of frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, mango, berries). Let stand for 20-30 minutes to make blending easier. Add 1/4-1/2 C of juice and 1 banana. Blend until smooth.

Option: Add yogurt instead of juice

Note: By adding banana, no need for sweetening. If no banana available, you may want to add 2 Tbsp honey for sweetness.
