Graham Dessert

Ingredients

  • Mix:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 C chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 11 graham crackers, crushed
  • Fold in 3 egg whites stiffly beaten.

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in 8" sq greased pan at 350 °F for 25 minutes.

Cool and top with whipped cream.
