Russian Toffee

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tin Eagle Brand milk
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to slow boil. Stir occasionally until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water (approximately 1 hour). Pour into greased pan. Score when cool. Cut and wrap individually in wax paper several hours later.
