Ingredients
- 1 Tbl Canola Oil
- 12 Slices Bacon (cut into small pieces)
- 1/4 C. Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 C. Water
- 2 pds Green Beans (broken into 2" pieces OR canned beans & drain off liquid)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bacon (cut into small pieces). Cook stiring frequently until browned. Add brown sugar and water. Stir to mix well.
Bring to boil, add beans and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmar 50-60 minutes.
