Chicken Legs (slow cooker)

Ingredients

  • chicken drumsticks 8
  • butter 3 tablespoons
  • ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground
  • chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • garlic 2 cloves minced
  • tomatoes diced 1 (16-ounce) can
  • onion 1 large chopped
  • mushrooms 4 ounces sliced
  • corn 1 can
  • paprika 2 teaspoons
  • heavy cream 1/2 cups

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Brown the chicken legs on all sides in the butter.
Place the chicken in a slow cooker.
Combine all the other ingredients except the cream together.
Mix well, pour over the chicken.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Stir in heavy cream just before serving.
Serve over egg noodles if desired.
