Ingredients
- chicken drumsticks 8
- butter 3 tablespoons
- ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground
- chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- salt 1 teaspoon
- garlic 2 cloves minced
- tomatoes diced 1 (16-ounce) can
- onion 1 large chopped
- mushrooms 4 ounces sliced
- corn 1 can
- paprika 2 teaspoons
- heavy cream 1/2 cups
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Brown the chicken legs on all sides in the butter.
Place the chicken in a slow cooker.
Combine all the other ingredients except the cream together.
Mix well, pour over the chicken.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Stir in heavy cream just before serving.
Serve over egg noodles if desired.
