Salmon with White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs. light olive oil
  • 2-3 tbs. cooking wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fresh or ground Ginger to taste
  • All seasoning salt to taste
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 cup White or Portobello mushrooms or broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine oil and wine. Add garlic, ginger, and scallops. Saute approximately 1 min. after scallops. Sprinkle witth seasoning salt after cooking. Serve with steamed rice and baked potato.
