Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 lb. large shrimp, boiled & peeled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ t. salt
- ½ cu. chopped onion
- 8 oz. can sliced water chestmuts, drained
- 6 ½ oz. can crabmeat, flaked
- 2 ½ oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- ½ t. paprika
- ½ cu. buttered bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350o. Grease 2 quart casserole dish. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except buttered bread crumbs. Mix lightly. Pour into prepared casserole. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
