Ingredients
- FILLING
- 6 large navel oranges, sectioned (reserve 1/4 c juice)
- 1 1/2 T uncooked quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 T Grand Marnier>>>add to reserved juice, stir.
- Add oranges, stir gently.
- Let stand 20 min, stirring occasionally.

- 1/2 t salt>>>whisk together.
- 1/4 c chilled butter, cut into small pieces>>cut in
- (coarse meal).
- 2/3 c flaked sweetened coconut>>add & toss.
