Ingredients
- 1 1/2 # fresh rhubarb (5 c)
- 8 slices slightly dry firm-textured white bread (4 c)
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 3/4 t finely shredded orange peel
- 1 med orange, peeled, sectioned & cut up
- 1/4 t salt>combine, turn into greased 9x9" baking pan
- 1/2 c coconut
- 3/4 t finely shredded orange peel>>combine
- Sprinkle over.
