Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Chopped Onion
  • 2 Cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 Pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
  • 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 14 ounce can beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 16 ounce can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 16 ounce can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 16 ounce can black beans, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the onion, garlic and meat together. Pour off excess fat. Add all seasonings to the warm meat mixture. mix in tomato paste, tomatoes and broth. Lock lid and cook for 10-12 minutes. Release pressure and add all beans. Heat thoroughly and season to taste.

Garnish with sour cream, grated cheese, red onions and cilantro as desired.
