Tips: Diced, frozen hash browns can be used in place of the tots. Other seasonings, like Mrs. Dash, can be substituted for the Italian seasonings. Also, if desired, green peppers and mushrooms can be added to the meat mixture.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 2 lbs frozen tater tots
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cups frozen carrot slices
• 1 can tomato soup (11 oz)

Step 1

Brown beef and onion, drain fat. Layer all tots in a 9x13" greased baking dish. Salt & pepper this layer. Cover with brown meat mixture. Salt & pepper this layer too. Place carrots even;y on top and sprinkle 1 tbsp dry Italian seasoning over them.

Mix tomato soup with a can of water and pour over everything. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
