Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (to 3/4 cup)
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 large bottle ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can B & M Baked beans
  • 1 can lima bean, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained

Step 1

1. Brown 1/2 lb bacon, cut in small pieces. Drain and pour off some of the grease. Brown onions and ground beef in remaining grease. Add cooked bacon, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, mustard and salt.

2. In large casserole dish place the three types of beans. Add meat mixture and mix well.

3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
