  • 1 18.25 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz box of instant vanilla flavored pudding
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Garnish-lemonheads.
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 6 TBSP fresh lemon juice
  • 7 cups powdered sugar

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Line 12 muffin tins

3. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, water, oil, and eggs; beat a medium speed.

4. Spoon batter into prepared pans.

5. Bake 18-22 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

6. Let cool and garnish with icing and lemonheads.
