Ingredients
- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/4 cup olive oil (I use less)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup minced parsley
- 2 T red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle blue cheese into shallow 6x8 " dish. Mix together oil and garlic. Drizzle over cheese. Combine remaining ingredients (lemon juice, onion, parsley and vinegar) and pour over cheese. Chill at least one hour.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
