Ingredients
- 1 lb. mascarpone
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 24 ladyfingers
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Marsala
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor blend mascarpone granulated sugar and rum until smooth. In serving bowl arrange ladyfingers on bottom and side of bowl. Spread 1/3 cheese mixture, layer with more ladyfingers. Repeat 2 more times finishing with cheese.
