  • 1 oz. melted butter

  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh garlic

  • ⅛ cup dicen red onion

  • ¼ cup cooked tomatoes

  • ¼ cup Roma tomatoes

  • 1 cup sliced cooked chicken

  • 1 oz. heavy whipping cream

  • ⅛ cup Asiago Cheese

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic salt

  • 10 oz. precooked bowtie noodles

  • For alfredo sauce:

  • 1½ cup butter

  • 2 C. grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1½ cup Heavy Cream plus 2 Tbsp


For Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter, heavy cream, and half of the Paremesan Cheese, cook over low to medium heat. Add salt, pepper to taste. After the sauce is done, add the remaining Parmesan Cheese. In a heated saute pan combine butter, garlic, onions, bacon, tomatoes, chicken, and spice mix. When onions begin to turn translucent, add cream, and Asiago cheese, Once cheese and cream have reduced by half, add Alfredo sauce, and bowtie pasta. Toss until until combined and remove from fire. Allow to cool for a few minutes so the cheese and sauce thicken.
