Ingredients

• sweet Italian sausages 35 (from Rudy's)
• red bell peppers 10
• green bell peppers 10
• onions 5 larges
• tomato paste (hunts) 2 (18-ounce) cans
• tomato sauce (del fratelli) 3 (28-ounce) cans

Preparation

Step 1

boil sausages in water and beer
slice into 1/2 inches slices, brown in skillet
cut peppers and onions into chunks, brown in skillet
add all together
