Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup light, no sugar-added chocolate ice cream
- 2/3 cup crushed ice
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender.
Blend to mix.
Add crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is
completely incorporated and the shake is thick and
creamy.
