Santa Fe Soup

The recipe that I could cook in my sleep with both hands tied around my back. You can't go wrong with this one. Serve with fritos, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Personally, I prefer warm cornbread fresh out of the oven with this one.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 pkg taco seasoning
- 2 pkg dry ranch dressing
- 1 can RoTel
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 cans SHOEPEG corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with onion and strain. Mix together in crock pot with remaining ingredients and cook ALL day...at least 8 hours. Serve with favorite fixin's (I prefer a fresh batch of cornbread).
