SLOW COOKER BABY BACK RIBS

Ingredients

  • Grill seasoning:
  • 2 racks of baby back pork spareribs
  • 1/4 cup beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • SAUCE:
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a large baking pan with foil and place a wire rack on the foil.

Sprinkle the ribs all over with grill seasoning. Arrange the ribs on the rack and bake for 45 minutes, turning once after about 30 minutes. Cut ribs into serving-size portions and arrange in a slow cooker. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until ribs are very tender.
