Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of salmon
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 3 Tbs. bourbon
- 3 Tbs. green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 Tbs canola oil

Step 1
Marinate for 1 hour. Reserve marinade to baste during cooking. Grill salmon about 7 minutes each side. Or bake it in the over at 375 for 15- 20 minutes.
