Honey Curried Chicken - Midge

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup margarine
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup prepared mustard (I use Gulden’s brown mustard)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. curry powder (or more to taste…I use more because I love curry)
  • 4 bone in with skin chicken breasts (or boneless, skinless if you wish but the skin is delish on this...I know...I know...but jeez it is a guilty pleasure)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in a sauce pan and stir in the honey, mustard, salt and curry. Roll chicken in mixture and arrange in a single layer in a casserole dish.
Bake for one hour at 375 degrees or until tender.
