Ingredients
- 3-8 pkg creme cheese
- 1 - cup sugar
- take both in large bowl
- 5 - whole eggs
- 1-1/2 top vanilla
- add in the bowl
- pour into paper liners (about 2/3 full)
- bake 40 minutes at 300 degree
- They do not brown , only rise
- Take out i cool about 5 minutes - a slight dent will form in center
- 1 cup sour creme
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- mix it , put it into the dent. Put about 1/4 t preserves in middle of sour cream mixture.
- Return to oven for 5 min Let cool Freeze or Keepin refrigerator makes a large or 45 small cupcakes.
