1-cup plain breadcrumbs
1 package KNORR French onion soup and recipe mix
⅓-cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 ¼ pounds)
Combine breadcrumbs and soup mix in large plastic food bag. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place chicken, 1 piece at a time, in bag; shake to coat. Arrange on rack in broiler pan. Bake 425* F oven 15-20 minutes or until tender.
