Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 pound sharp grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup flour (enough to make it firm enough to wrap around olives) Add a little olive oil if dry
- Palmetto olives (large)
- Sprinkle of cayenne pepper (to taste, some like it hot)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and make a wrap around olives till covered. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (so dough is firm)
