Wrapped Olives - Pamela Behrens

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 pound sharp grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour (enough to make it firm enough to wrap around olives) Add a little olive oil if dry
  • Palmetto olives (large)
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper (to taste, some like it hot)



Step 1

Mix ingredients and make a wrap around olives till covered. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (so dough is firm)
