Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into bit-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1/3 cup unsweetened dill pickles, or sweet gherkins, finely diced
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
