• 4 large sweet potatoes
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 stick margerine
• dash of salt
• pinch of nutmeg
• pinch if cinnamon

Step 1

Boil or bake the potatoes.

Beat potatoes with mixer and remove the strings; add the margerine, then sugar and eggs. Add salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Pour into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes
