Corn Bread Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1-1/2 Can chicken broth
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 Jimmy Dean sausage (hot)
• 1 Jimmy Dean sausage (sage)
• 1 box Kruztes Cornbread
• Poultry seasoning
• 1 Bell pepper (diced)
• 4-5 stalks celery (diced)

Preparation

Step 1

Saute in butter, bell pepper, celery and onion until tender. Season with poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Cook cornbread as instructed on box. Brown sausages.

Crumble cool corn bread, add celery, bell pepper, onion and sausage; mix well. Pour chicken broth over mixture to moisten. Beat the egg and stir. Season with poultry seasoning then salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees.
