Strawberry Pie Glaze

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 cup 7-up
• 1/2 pkg (3-1/2 Tbsp) Lemon Jello
• Red Food Coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar, cornstarch and 7-up in microwave safe dish until clear (approximately 3 minutes).
Add 1/2 package lemon jello.
Add red food coloring.
Cool.

Pour over strawberries in pie shell.
