- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 4.5 oz can diced green chiles, finely chopped
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
