Ingredients
- bob evans sausage 2 pounds
- velveeta cheese 1 pound
- cocktail rye bread 1 loaf
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage in a large skillet
Drain sausage, add cheese, stir until completely melted
Place slices of bread on a cookie sheet, spoon sausage mixture onto bread slices
Place under broiler until browned
