Easy Baked Chicken
Only 3 ingredients and you're on your way to a simple and flavorful dinner
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 1/4 cups crushed cornflakes
Preparation time 60mins
Cooking time 120mins
Place chicken in a large resealable bag or shallow glass container. Add Salad dressing. Seal or cover and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hours. Drain and discard marinade.
Coat chicken with cornflakes, place in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hours or until juices run clear.
