Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, divided

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl, blend all ingrediets, except 1/2 cup
nuts. Chill 1-2 hours. Form into a ball, and roll in
remaining nuts.

Serve with crackers on a decorative plate.
