Ingredients
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- onion 1 medium diced
- chicken 3 cups cooked and cubed
- green beans 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans drained and rinsed
- water chestnut 1 (8 1/2-ounce) can drained and chopped
- pimiento 1 (4-ounce) jar
- cream of celery soup 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
- mayonnaise 1 cup
- long grain rice 1 (6-ounce) box
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup sharp
- salt pinch

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat, add onion and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and trandfer to a large bowl
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together until thoroughly combined
Pour into a greased 3 quart casserole dish
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly
