Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 C melted butter
- 1 1/4 C light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 C firm packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9” pasty shell
- 1 C chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs with wire whisk or fork. Add salt, butter, syrup, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 °F for 45-50 minutes.
