Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 C melted butter
  • 1 1/4 C light corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 C firm packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 unbaked 9” pasty shell
  • 1 C chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs with wire whisk or fork. Add salt, butter, syrup, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Pour into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 °F for 45-50 minutes.
