Ingredients
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tea. lemon zest
- 1/2 tea. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all in a bowl.
Marinade in ziplock bag for 15-30 minutes.
If using marinade as a dipping sauce, set aside a small amount before marinating to avoid food poisoning.
