Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Button Mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 - 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix together the garlic, cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and bread crumbs until the mixture is completely combined. Using a long handled spoon, add the mixture to the inside of each mushroom cap. Sprinkle a little extra bread crumbs on the top of each mushroom. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
