Ingredients

  • 6

    oz spaghetti

  • 2

    large eggs beaten

  • ½

    cup fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

  • ¼

    c unsalted butter (½ stick)

  • lbs lean ground beef

  • ½

    cup chopped onion

  • 1

    15oz can tomato sauce

  • 1

    6 oz can tomato paster

  • 2

    tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • 1

    8 oz container of sour cream

  • 1

    cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Cook Spaghetti, drain. Return spaghetti to pot and stir in eggs cheese and butter. With 2 knives used scissors-fashion chop spaghetti. Lightly butter 9 1/2 inch deep-dish glass pie plate. Add spaghetti and press in bottom and up sides of pie plate to form a crust, set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 350. In 12 inch skillet over medium high heat cook ground beef and onion unti lbrowned, breaking up meat with spoon. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and paste, seasoning, sugar and S & P to taste. Cook 2 min or until heated through. Spread sour cream in bottom of crust top with meat suace and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Bake pie 30 min. Remove pie from oven let stand for 10 min. Cut into wedges.
