Bubble Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bread loaves
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • Optional: nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw bread loaves, let rise.
Knead bread dough.
In a bowl melt butter.
In another bowl mix sugar and cinnamon.
Roll dough into walnut-sized pieces.
Dip individual pieces into butter and then in the sugar mixture.
Place dough pieces into tube pan, in rows, then layers.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
Let rise.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Turn out and serve warm or let cool before serving.
Just pull off the bubbles.
