Sweet Potato Casserole Holiday Classic

Great side dish for pork. Also enjoy at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 teas. salt
• 1 tbs. vanilla
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/3 cup butter, softened.

Step 1

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, eggs, butter, salt and vanilla together and blend well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Blend topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on sweet potato mixture. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 or until center is set.
