Superfast BUT allow for longer baking time depending on thickness of fish. We had skin-on, farm-raised salmon, center-cut, needed about 16min in the oven. Very attractive presentation. Loved the combo of sweet glazed fish and spicy crunchy snow peas.
My husband and I loved this recipe. Definitely have the snow peas as a side; all the flavors blend so well together. Very quick and easy to prepare after a long day at work, but tastes like a special occasion meal. Amazingly satisfying for a meal under 300 calories!
Easy and yummy. I would consider serving it at a casual dinner party. We had the salmon with jasmine rice and roasted asparagus tossed in sesame oil.
This is an almost too-easy recipe with yields great results. We had our reservations using hoisin sauce on salmon but it was wonderful. Made no changes, but grilled vs roasted. Served it with garlic roasted potatoes and steamed asparagus.
This was so easy to prepare and it was really yummy. The salmon was not fishy at all and I did have to bake it for about 20 minutes in a broiler pan that was lined with foil. I served it over steamed rice and the snow peas that were recommended. I made an extra helping of the marinade for dipping. I will definitely make this again.
Due to the size of the salmon it took a little longer to cook than the time stated in the recipe-so check for doneness. The hoisin glaze is easy to make and tastes fantastic. This could be a dinner for two meal or even for a dinner party.
Fabulous recipe! I followed it exactly and it turned out wonderful. Easy to make and perfect for company. The snow peas were delicious too. Making it tonight for the third time and it's always a hit.
You have to really like Hoisin sauce (which I do) for this recipe--the Hoisin flavor is very strong. Also I recommend lining the pan with foil prior to baking, and I cooked mine for almost 20 minutes (and it was still close to rare--the recipe must have been made with thin trout-like filets). Served with the snow pea recipe which was also good, and some brown rice. Very easy.
Cooked as directed with the exception of the sesame oil which I did not have. I loved the meal and will definitely cook again. It was very simple and easy and the best was the low calorie total of the meal.
This recipe is excellent!!!!! Although, I didn't make the snow peas, the salmon was enough. I would serve this at a party.
Very good and very easy. Recipes was had a deceptively complex flavor. Even my picky kids loved it.
This was so delicious! I used copper river king salmon, (which is to die for on it's own), marinated it in the fridge for at least an hour, and served with the recommended snow peas, which were, as other reviewers stated, an awesome pairing! I would make this again in a heart beat!
So easy, quick and excellent flavor. The cooking time was right on. I would make for company anytime.
Delicious! I love that the marinade really does give such wonderful flavor to the fish in only 10 minutes.. really does make this quick and easy for a week night.
I'm not a big fan of salmon but this recipe was awesome. It was also super quick and easy which was a great plus. Will definitely have again.
This recipe is amazing! I don't eat any other fish then Salmon and this was super easy and really delicious. I also paired some Korean rice noodles boiled in a spicy beef broth with this meal. Perfect combination.
