Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup solid pumpkin
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flour
- FILLING
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine

Step 1
Cover cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Grease edges of pan. Mix together all dry ingredients except sugar. Beat eggs till frothy. Add sugar. Beat. Add pumpkin. Beat. Add dry ingredients. Beat. Pour into baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake at 350° for 15 – 20 minutes. Turn onto dish towel covered with powdered sugar. Peel paper from back of cake and roll. Cool. Unroll and spread filling.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
