Hash Brown Casserole

Sometimes I put these in the crock pot on high for about 3 hours.
Kelly uses a cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tins mushroom soup
  • 500 ml container sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese (for top)

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes - 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
