Chuck Roast - Jerry Jacob

Ingredients

  • Chuck Roast 3.5 -4 lbs.
  • chicken and beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bottles white wine for gravy

Preparation

Step 1

Braise roast on stove, put in 325 oven covered with chicken and beef broth 2/3 way up.

Add wine to drippings to make gravy at the end.
